Optional Services
In addition to the required services above SDH can help in a variety of different ways to make your life easier and the project as turn-key as possible.
A minimal brand refresh modernizes and refines your existing identity without a full rebrand. The goal is to preserve core brand recognition while updating key visual elements to feel more cohesive, relevant, and aligned with current positioning. This process focuses on clarity, consistency, and simplicity — strengthening the foundation for future brand expression.
Scope of Work
1. Logo Refresh
- Refine existing logo for improved legibility, balance, and scalability
- Update typography or iconography as needed while maintaining brand recognition
- Deliver master logo files in multiple formats and color variations
2. Typography Selection
- Curate a primary and secondary typeface system
- Define usage hierarchy for headings, subheads, and body text
- Provide font pairing guidance for digital and print
3. Color Palette Refinement
- Audit existing colors for contrast, harmony, and accessibility
- Define updated core and secondary palette with supporting neutrals
- Provide digital (HEX, RGB) and print (CMYK, Pantone) color specifications
4. Supporting Visuals
- Establish a minimal set of supporting graphic elements (patterns, shapes, textures, or icon styles)
- Create simple examples of brand application (e.g., social post, business card, or web header mockup)
5. Basic Brand Style Guide
- Consolidate refreshed elements into a concise style guide (approx. 6–8 pages)
- Include logo usage, color palette, typography, and visual examples
- Provide usage tips to maintain consistency across channels
We can optionally add on some time to migrate the other two Third Lake properties to the same theme and setup. This would include
- Up to 5 content pages
- Sitemap for each website
- Content maps for up to 5 pages
- Site duplication and theme duplication
- Page setup
- Testing and Launch
We would rely on the design and development work completed during the Third Lake Development project to save cost and time but align all 3 sites under the same brand standards and platform.
If additional unique functionality is needed for each site we can add additional cost at the time of request
