The Opportunity
Halo is a brand-new 370-unit apartment community in East Decatur, GA β a property with a distinct personality, a strong location story, and a genuinely interesting community angle with the Decatur Artist Alliance. The current website isn't translating that energy. It feels flat and template-driven, underselling what Halo actually is.
The goal isn't a rebuild but to give the existing development team a clear, compelling design direction they can execute. SDH will provide high-fidelity interface design concepts that capture Halo's personality and raise the visual bar across the site.
Project Deliverables
Homepage Website Design Concepts
Two distinct homepage design directions β each a fully realized vision for how Halo could look and feel online. These aren't wireframes. They're polished, high-fidelity concepts designed to inspire and direct.
Each concept includes unique design style, hero, key content sections, and footer treatment
2 rounds of revisions on the selected concept
Revisions:
Round 1 β broad directional feedback
Round 2 β refinement of selected direction
Key Website Page Designs
Once the homepage direction is approved, SDH will extend the design system to 3 additional key pages β ensuring the look and feel holds up beyond the hero moment and giving the development team enough to pattern-match across the full site.

Developer Handoff
All designs will be packaged for clean handoff to the current development vendor β with enough detail to build from without ambiguity.
Deliverables:
Figma design files with organized layers and components
Typography and color specs
Notes on interactions or animations where relevant
*This engagement is design-only. SDH will not be building or modifying the Halo website. The intent is to provide the current vendor with an elevated design direction they can implement within the existing RealPage environment.
Copywriting (Per Page)
SDH will provide copywriting support across key website pages β focused on high-impact headlines, body copy cleanup, and AEO-ready content additions to improve discoverability. Not every word needs a rewrite; the goal is to sharpen what's already there and fill in gaps where the current copy undersells the property.
Each page includes:
Headline writing β bold, brand-aligned headlines that set the tone for each section
Body copy cleanup β tightening and refining existing supporting copy where needed
AEO content additions β conversational, answer-style content blocks designed to perform in AI-driven search
Deliverables:
Copy delivered per page at $500/page (4 suggested)
Pages to be scoped during kickoff

Illustrated Stylized Map
A custom, illustrated neighborhood map designed to bring Halo's East Decatur location to life. This isn't a Google Maps embed, it's a branded, stylized piece that highlights nearby restaurants, shops, parks, and landmarks. Designed for print and adaptable to digital use.

5. Leasing Collateral
Create the essential marketing materials the leasing team needs to support outreach and prospects from day one.

Up to 2 rounds of feedback per piece
Project Management & Meeting Time
Covers kickoff coordination, project scheduling, biweekly status updates, revision management, and vendor handoff communication throughout the engagement.

Once downpayment hours have been depleted we will bill hourly through the end of the project at the end of each month for hours utilized.
